Maria manages all of the administrative and office facilities functions of the firm.  In addition, she is responsible for evaluating, implementing and managing the firm's technology systems and provides continuous support to the firm’s employees with regard to those systems. Maria is also involved in the portfolio management and limited partner reporting functions of the funds as well as administering the firm's regulatory compliance with the U.S. Small Business Administration rules and regulations.

Maria has supported Ironwood Capital in this capacity for over fourteen years and was with Ironwood at its inception

Maria has previous administrative management experience with a local advertising agency.
