Eileen S. Kraus
Eileen had a long and distinguished banking career in Connecticut and New England, concluding it as chairman of Fleet Bank Connecticut. In addition to her banking career, she has been active in corporate and community leadership including vice chairman of the Capitol City Economic Development Authority, vice president of the Bushnell Center for the Performing Arts, and chairman of ConnectiCare Holding company and ConnectiCare, Inc., the Board of Directors of the Stanley Works Corporation, Kaman Corporation, and Rogers Corporation. She applies her extensive corporate governance experience as chair of the Audit Committees of the Ironwood mezzanine funds. Her association with Ironwood began when Carolyn Galiette spent her first summer internship at Hartford National Bank. Eileen is a magna cum laude graduate of Mount Holyoke College and has a M.A. in political science at Trinity College.
