As part of its ongoing Capital Strategies program, Ironwood Capital co-hosted a breakfast and panel discussion with SunTrust on October 30 in Memphis, Tennessee. Over 40 attendees learned about the forms and sources of private capital available to business owners and managers

Private capital can serve as a solution for many challenges faced by growing middle market businesses, from funding a strategic acquisition to a partner or management buyout to a generational transfer or partial or full refinance. Panelists discussed the diversity of transaction types and shared some applicable client stories. The program included a lively Q&A session and was adjourned by Jim Barra, Ironwood Capital managing director.
