Private capital can serve as a solution for many challenges faced by growing middle market businesses, from funding a strategic acquisition to a partner or management buyout to a generational transfer or partial or full refinance. Panelists discussed the diversity of transaction types and shared some applicable client stories. The program included a lively Q&A session and was adjourned by Jim Barra, Ironwood Capital managing director.
