Ironwood Capital Makes Investment in an Experienced Reconstruction and Restoration Specialist
AVON, CONNECTICUT – OCTOBER 11, 2022 – Ironwood Capital is pleased to announce its subordinated debt and equity investments to support a majority investment in AGS Construction (“AGS”) by Crescendo Capital Partners.
Founded in 1982 and based in Englewood, Colorado, AGS provides building services for both new construction and aging properties, with one-stop service solutions for all repair, reconstruction, and renovation needs throughout a property’s life cycle. The company targets homeowner associations, property managers, engineers, and other multi-site property operators, with the goal of becoming the go-to contractor for everyday repair and large reconstruction needs.
